After you place your order, you’ll receive my Creative Brief where you can fill in all the info I’ll need to start your project. Please answer each question as best you can. The more info you give me, the better your graphics will match you. That means you’ll be reaching exactly who you want to reach!
After I receive your completed Creative Brief, within the agreed-upon number of business days, I’ll send your initial logo options for you to check out. Let me know what you think of the ideas, and I’ll work with you to finalize your favorite option. Once you LOVE your logo, I’ll email your final files within one business day.

After your purchase is complete, I will send you my Creative Brief questionnaire. The questions are specific. I ask about your business, your ideal customer/client, your inspirations, likes and dislikes, and more. I require that you answer each of the questions, even if all you say is “this doesn’t apply to my business.” I cannot start your project until I receive those answers and I understand them. If I don’t understand, I will reach out within one business day to ask you to clarify. Communication and availability is the key to my being able to give you an amazing logo that fits you perfectly.
